Excellent tool and it exceeded my needs and expectations. It has what's most important in a multitool

Excellent build

No blade play at all. The tools snap open and shut with authority. It feels indestructible. Highly recommend the silver version for a clean, minimalist look.

Nice alternative to pliers

I don't always need pliers, so this lighter form factor works for me. The screwdriver bits are handy. The brushed silver finish looks professional.

Sharp right out of the box

The 7Cr17 blade is no joke. Sliced through paper like butter. The handle construction is solid with no flex. A lot of tool for the money.

Very practical

I wanted something with a saw and scissors but didn't need pliers. This is exactly that. The MT-17 fits my hand perfectly. The glow-in-the-dark insert is a cool touch on the silver body.

Good rust resistance

I took this fishing over the holidays and the stainless steel handle hasn't rusted yet. The blade is easy to sharpen. It's my go-to backup knife now.

Great fit and finish

The machining is smooth. All the tools deploy easily from the handle. It feels like a premium tool. The classic silver color fits right in with my other tools.

Scissors are huge

Finally a multitool knife with decent scissors! They cut through cardboard wrapping paper easily. The silver handle is smooth but not slippery. 7Cr17 steel holds an edge surprisingly well.

Solid EDC knife

It's a bit heavy for dress pants, but perfect for jeans. The blade comes razor sharp. I like that it has a glass breaker and a seatbelt cutter. The all-silver look is very clean.

Love the glow patch

The fluorescent patch is a genius little detail on the silver handle. Makes it easy to find on the nightstand in the dark. The metal body has a nice industrial look. Great toolset.

Better than my Swiss Army Knife

I used to carry a standard SAK, but the MT-17 feels much more robust. The silver stainless steel handle feels solid. The 7Cr17 blade is thicker and sharper. The scissors are actually large enough to be useful.
