How it works

1. Buy any XHandle gear. Any in-stock product. No minimum spend.
2. Add the free Entry Pass to the same order. You will find it on any product page, directly under the Add to cart button. It costs $0.00 and does not change your shipping cost. It must be in the same order as your gear — an order without the Entry Pass does not qualify.
3. Film your real use. Once your order arrives, film yourself actually using the tool. A phone is enough. There is no script to follow.
4. Post it and reach 300 likes. Publish the video on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X or YouTube. Tag @xhandleTools and make sure x-handle.com appears in the caption or on screen. The single post needs 300 likes or more.
5. Submit your claim. Send us your order number and the link to the post through our claim form. We verify the claim, then process the refund.

Tag the right account

Use @xhandleTools on all five platforms. Tap to open the one you are posting on:

Tagging the account is what notifies us. Writing "XHandle" as plain text does not reach us, and we cannot verify a post we were never tagged in.

What you get

One item free — the most expensive one in your order. We refund the single highest-priced item in your qualifying order, back to your original payment method.

This is not a free order. If your order contains several items, only the most expensive one is refunded. The rest of the order stands as paid.

• Refund covers: one item — the highest-priced item in that order.
• No cap: that one item is refunded at its full price, whatever it costs.
• Not covered: shipping, taxes, duties, and every other item in the order.
• Method: refund to your original payment method.
• Timing: within 14 business days of a verified claim.
• Limit: one refund per customer for the duration of the challenge.

Dates

• Purchase window opens: 25 October 2026.
• Purchase window closes: 31 December 2026, 23:59 store time. Orders placed after this do not qualify.
• Video must be published: within 30 days of delivery, and no later than 28 February 2027.
• Claim must be submitted: by 28 February 2027.
• Refunds processed: within 14 business days of verification.

How to submit

Once your post reaches 300 likes, send us three things through our claim form:

• your order number,
• the link to the post, and
• a screenshot showing the like count.

Use the same email address you ordered with – that is how we match your claim to the order.

The rules

• The Entry Pass must be on the same order as the gear you paid for.
• Your order must contain at least one paid product. An order made up only of the $0 Entry Pass does not qualify.
• The video must show real use of the product. Re-uploads of our own marketing footage, stock clips, or videos that do not show the product in use do not qualify.
• The post must tag @xhandleTools and include x-handle.com.
• Likes are counted as shown on the live post at the moment we verify. Deleting the post before verification ends the claim.
• Posts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X or YouTube qualify. Other platforms do not.
• One claim per customer. Multiple qualifying posts do not stack.
• Making a purchase does not guarantee a reward. The reward depends on your post reaching the like threshold.

FAQ

How much does the Entry Pass cost?

Nothing. It is a $0.00 product. It does not add shipping, and it does not change the price of your order.

Do I have to pay for the Entry Pass at checkout?

No. It is free, so it adds nothing to your total.

Can I use a discount code at the same time?

Yes, if the code applies to your order. The challenge is separate from our promotions and does not block them.

My order has three items. Do I get all three free?

No. You get one item free — the most expensive of the three. This is why we say one item, not the whole order.

Is there a refund cap?

No. The single item is refunded at its full price, whatever that price is.

Does the refund include shipping and tax?

No. It covers the item price only.

Can I post the same video on several platforms?

Yes, and we would like that. But the reward is still one item per customer — posting on three platforms does not triple it.

What if my video is close to 300 likes?

The threshold is firm at 300. We verify against the live post.

How long does the refund take?

Within 14 business days of verification. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

If I delete the post, do I keep the refund?

If verification has already completed and the refund is issued, yes. If we have not verified yet, deleting the post ends the claim.

Fine print

XHandle reserves the right to verify every claim, to request proof of purchase and of post ownership, and to reject claims that do not meet the conditions on this page. We may also end or amend the challenge if it is abused. Like counts are read from the live post at the time of verification. This challenge is not a lottery and no purchase guarantees a reward. Nothing on this page changes your statutory rights, and our standard refund policy continues to apply to the rest of your order.
