Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We pride ourselves on fast processing to get your tools to you as quickly as possible.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • After 2 Hours: Once an order has been processed by our warehouse or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Window & Conditions

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

Return Requirements

  • Item Condition: Must be brand new, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

3. Damages and Issues (Defective Items)

Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Who pays for shipping? We (X-Handle) cover the return shipping cost for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

  • Process: If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@x-handle.com with clear photos. We will evaluate the case and provide a prepaid return label or a replacement at no cost to you.

4. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you purchased the wrong item or simply changed your mind:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, brand new, and in the original packaging with all accessories. Any signs of wear or scratches will result in the return being rejected.

  • Who pays for shipping? The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not provide prepaid labels for non-defective returns.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

5. Return Address

To initiate a return, please contact us first. Do not send items back without authorization.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items damaged by misuse or negligence.
